Valentines Day...........A feel good Film

Valentines Day was on Sunday this year, and I made it more special by going for the film Valentines Day, with one of my friend who didn't wanted to see the film for its bad reviews, but succumbed to my opinion.

Valentines Day directed by Garry Marshall, is yet another good film from the director of Pretty Woman and The Princess Diaries. The film is known for its huge starcast around 14 major stars, where Taylor Swift does her debut as a college girl.

Whats make this film special is its script and screenplay by Katharine Fugate. Its 14th Feb, Valentines Day, and whats in store for the seven major couple on this day, is the story of this film.

Jessica Alba is girl friend of Ashton Kutcher, who plays a florist and a firm believer in Valentines day. Whoever, his heart is broken when his girlfriend exits out from his life to pursue her career.
Jenniger Garner is a primary school teacher and is friend of Ashton Kutcher, Jennifer loves Patrick Dempsey, who is multi dating rather juggling, and is already married. Jennifer Is unaware of it and is brought to light by Ashton.
In the mean time Ashton discovers Love For Jennifer.
Bryce Robbinson, is Jennifers student in school, and has also ordered from florist Ashton to send flowers to his Valentine. Due to some reasons the flower never reaches soon, and the child is worried.
Emma Roberts is Bryce's Baby sitter, studying in High School and planning her first sexual encounter with ......... on this Valentine day.
There is an hilarous scene when ......... is spotted naked alone By Grace's mother.
Graces Friend Taylor Swift is a fairy tale kind girl, who has found new love Taylor Lautner, who both are blossoming in their love for each other.
Eric Dane is an extremely hot guy in this film and plays the character of a soccer play, and is on verge of ending his carrer. So he is in discussion with publicist Jessica Beil.
Jessica hates Valentine Day, since she is lonely, and whats making her more sad is that she has planned "I Hates Valentine Day" and with passing time, there is not a single guest.
Jammie Fox loves to cover Sports and is been sent to cover Valentines Day. Jammie Fox shares his opinion with Jessica about hating Valentines day.
Annie Hathaway is beautiful and hot too, playing the sassy role of a phone sex worker and is dating Toper Grace, who is the clerk in same office, but is unaware of Annies phone work.
Hector Elizondo and Sherley Maclaine are grandparents of Bryce Robbinson, and are deep love with each other even in their old age. Shirley shares her small story of an extra affair, with Hector. This affair had happened many years back.
Julia Roberts is the captain of U.S Army and right now is on a plane, travelling about for hours to meet her Valentine, just for one day. Sitting beside , is Bradley Cooper, who is friendly, hot and recently become single, since his love couldn't accept being in a relationship.

It might sound too much, but when you see Valentines Day , its a beautiful collage with the sweet song sung by Swift "Today was a Fairy Tale"

The Climax is Surprising and Perfect,

Julia's valentine is Brye Robbinson, her son for whom she travelled so far.
Emma Roberts and Crater, never have sex but leave it to happen on its own
Florsit Ashton and Jennifer realize love for each other.
Jessica is alone.
So is Patrick Hempsey, since his wife discovers about him as a jugller.
Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner passionately kiss each other.
Annies Boyfriend, breaks the relation learning about her phone work but then being inspired by Shirley and Hector accepts her for the way she is.
Hector and Shirley portray classical love and hug each other at the cementary.
For Jessica's 'I hate Valentine's day' Party, there are finally many more guest, where she and Jammie Fox kiss each other.
And Finally, Eric Dane ends his career, by calling a press conference, and opens up to the press. When Bradley Copper lands from the flight he rushes to meet his love who has realized about relationships, who is no one else but Eric.

A feel good film and can watch again and again. Very well directed, wrapped up with so many love stories just in two hours.

Loneliness lets us Learn

Today I was chatting with one of my distant friend in Australia, we were school friends however never talked about life and all about it , when we were in school. Today, after five long years of being apart, we had a chat, all thanks to face book.
And finally there were questions pertaining to love, relationship, money, work and so called loneliness.
He says I'm lucky that loneliness haven't made me depressed. To put it honestly, Yes loneliness does make you depress for a certain time. That is the test for you,
to take you to a higher level of independence.
After being lonely for a longer time,
The unnecessary passions are thrown away,
Desires which need company are discarded. Like when its Saturday evening, one might feel like going for a play or party with someone. But when there is no company, one becomes sad, and when it happens repeatedly then may be depressed. However, one such Saturday comes, when you do something all by yourself just to be happy. Like going on a beach to see the sunset, Doing some work which is been postponed from a long time, like cleaning the desktop, arranging bookshelf, or even wardrobe. After some days, then you finally cook something special or go for a film, that you really want to see.
So you see, how loneliness lets you learn, so many things. Precisely, loneliness teaches you everything, and finally leaves you no more lonely.
This is my answer dear friend, who wonders how loneliness doesn't become depression.
From my point of view, loneliness is that factor which enables you to struggle, and gives you an opportunity to do everything by yourself, without depending on someone. It also lets you control your life and happiness. No one but only you, can make yourself happy.
Definitely Love is beautiful, but if it isn't present in your life, then it doesn't mean your life is ugly, rather it gives you a challenge to discover the love in you, then searching it in someone.
Also not to forget that loneliness is an important factor to do endless work with commitment and conviction.
Look around and you will see that people who have been lonely, may be strange but they are what they are, and have discovered their identity and creativity.
Look in past, Musicians, Theater artist,Historians, Anthropologist, Dancers, Teachers, Scientist, and Authors who have contributed in their respective fields of study, are often people who were lonely when it comes to relationships but were surrounded by an orchestra of their interest and creativity.

Today is another lonely Saturday, but actually not. Since I made it better by making Thai Noodles- a dish i never tried before.Would i have ever tried if i wasn't alone this evening?

VALENTINES DAY

We all know there's a beautiful story behind Valentine's Day. I'm sure most of us are even aware of it. And there are those who hate Valentines Day. Also there are couple or lovers who think what is so important about Valentines Day? Love can be shared any other day too.hmmmmm........ yeah that's true, you don't need to wait for valentines Day to ask someone out or speak for your love, or even propose someone. However, this day is special because of St Valentine.
Shakespeare said "whats in a name?" But 14th Feb, the day of love is been celebrated all over the world in the name of a saint.

Long ago, Valentine lived in Rome during the third century. Rome was ruled by Claudius.Emperor Claudius, was harsh and cruel, so people didn't like him at all.
Claudius wanted to have a big army. He expected men to volunteer to join. Many men just did not want to fight in wars. They did not want to leave their wives and families. Not many men were ready to join the army by then. This made Claudius furious. He thought of a mad idea, that if men were not married, they would not mind joining the army. So Claudius banned anymore marriages in town.People thought his new law was cruel and preposterous! St Valentine certainly wasn't going to support that law as he was a priest, and loved to get people married.
Even after Emperor Claudius passed his law,St Valentine kept on performing marriage ceremonies -- secretly, of course.
One night,St Valentine was caught. He was thrown in jail and told that his punishment was death.
He tried to stay cheerful and for his support many young people came to the jail to visit him. They threw flowers and notes up to his window. This was a simple act to prove that even people believed in Love, as much as him.
One of these young people was the daughter of the prison guard. Her father allowed her to visit St Valentine in the cell. Sometimes they would sit and talk for hours and soon blossomed a new friendship. When St Valentine was to die, he left for his friend a little note thanking for her friendship and loyalty. And signed it, "Love from your Valentine."
.It was written on the day he died, February 14, 269 A.D. Now, every year on this day, people remember about love and friendship. And when they think of Emperor Claudius, they remember how he tried to stand in the way of love, and they laugh -- because they know that love can't be beaten!

So now you know why 14th Feb, is so special.Valentines Day gives people a chance to speak their feelings out, if they have been shy or scared. There is a different energy in the air on this day, especially love is in the air. I'm not of the opinion that only share your love and concern on this day. Try to make each day, each moment special for your loved one's, but also not to forget 14th Feb on your list.

Also for those who are single, this day has lot for you rather then feeling lonely. Love doesn't mean just a couple, its not just a feeling. But you're Love. You're full of love and purity. So make yourself happy. After all, there is no one who will know you so better as you know yourself.
Also, if you're single, then go out with a friend who is single too, and make moments memorable.Eventually, its St Valentine's friendship farewell note, which turned into Valentines Day.

"LOVE ALL" 'Its beautiful'

(the pic's reveal how I made my room messy to create gifts for special people)

political power Vs Movie Magic

"My name is Khan" by Karan Johar, had been blown out of proportion by Politicians or certain religious groups for no rhyme or reason. When the Shivsena were out with their usual violent protest for the film before and after its release, at the same time there were cine lovers who were waiting desperately for the film.
People are yet unsure, so is the media as why is the film not to be released? Is it the title that's wrong? Or is the interview of Shahrukh, where no one is yet aware what did he actually say? Or was there a misprint in the interview article?
Whatever it may be, but why the opposition had to take such a strong stand for stopping the film from it's release? I guess these people had no work or anything destructive to do, which could cater the public attention. Also they may be paid for doing such nuisances, backed up by a political party.
I firmly believe that when the film is been passed by the censor board, then no one has the right to ban the film. Has these political organizations taken the job of censor board? Its very simple, those who are against any film, will not watch it and those who are eager about the film , will spend and watch the film. So its the audience choice and no one else job.
If these political organizations are so serious about the effects and title of such film, on the citizens of India. Aren't they bothered about the difficulties that people have to face due to their violent (immature) attacks, like stone pedaling.
Definitely, the government has to take a strong action. And this time I seen it myself. Great thanks to our Hon Chief minister Ashok Chavan for the amount of security he provided to this film. I could seen it myself, whenever I was traveling in the city one week before the release. All theatres where the movie was suppose to release had a van of cops. Not for an hour or two, but whole day and night along.
But what was much sad to me is that, when finally the film released it was only in handful theatres of Mumbai. The PVR Chain, acted like a loser and didn't release it. Big Pictures were initially scared too. single screens wanted to be on safer side. And what turned out to be the courageous was Inox, Fun Republic and Cinemax chain.
I wasn't so eager about this film, but when I switched on the news channel and seen the immaturity of these political parties, also the fear of theatre owners. I decided, I'm going to watch it, and now itself. Not out of curiosity but out of support for the meaningful cinema, and ofcourse coming for Karan Johar, it will be remarkable.
I went to PVR, on my friends suggestion (i knew PVR wont release it) and was disappointed, while leaving home, I had heard Cinemax chains have opened the bookings. so I went to Cinemax- sion and was happy to have the tickets in my hand.
The security was tight, and great.
My name is Khan review I can say it, in two line that
"we shall overcome one day"
"There are no religious differences among people. People are only of two kinds Good and Bad"
Sharukh and Dialogues are the best part of the film.
Next day, the film was in all theatres, as magic of movie worked over political power.
Also not to forget, India is a country, which I believe breathes on two most important religions, that's Films and Cricket.
So don't mess with Cricket or Films, you know where the majority is.
If still I feel sad for something, then I wish the Government had taken such a strong stand when Deepa Mehta's WATER had to face severe opposition from certain political parties and the film's shooting had to be stopped in Benaras. But the lady never gave up and rescheduled it to shoot in Sri Lanka. The film became an Oscar nomination from Canada, and when Indians realized it's International fame, it was released in India. Hippocrates!
Also Deep Mehta's "Fire" had to face severe opposition, after it's release in India.
I wish Government had been more strong at that time. Also being art films, the people often stay away from it.
'My name is Khan' come's from Karan Johar, that's why the government took such a pin for it. If it would have been any art film, I guess the government wouldn't have shown so much interest also.

Looks are Deceptive

We are often attracted to people who are good looking. Though from distance they seem more lively........ as closer we go we realize how hollow they are.
This isn't necessarily true. But often its the looks- what we see cheats us. People who are often smart looking turn out to be dumb and people who are intelligent are often not attractive. How strange!!!!!!!!!

But does that confuses us, and makes it difficult to choose, either of it. Then the answer is very simple. The core reality within is always true and lasting. Like the heart- its emotions and feelings are anytime better then a good looking person. The beauty is an accident of nature which will fade with time, yet the person heart from tough wont become soft. However, a sweet person will always remain sweet, the heart will remain the same and relation will survive longer.
So its the person inside that matters not what lies outside.

The best example of this is my cake. My friend baked a cake with hard efforts, however it didn't turn out to be sweet, fluffy and spongy. In short, it seemed like a dry cake. So she gave it to me for making rum balls. For me to spoil a cake for making Rum balls didn't fit into my mind. So thought of making it sweet by cutting it from within adding melted chocolate in it as well as over it. Then i decorated it with some strawberries, i had at home and placed it on a beautiful table top.

All i did was just gave a presentable look to the cake. What do you think, did the cake tasted better after that. Yes, the cake did taste better with so much of chocolate. However, it didn't taste like a cake. One could easily say that, when one took a bite realizing that something was missing and obviously it wasn't spongy.

Moral of this Cake - Beauty can be added too, but the person inside still remains the same.look for the inner side of person and with time even looks will become good because of the greatness of heart.

No-one can make you feel you inferior without your consent

"No one can make you feel inferior without your consent" says Eleanor Roosevelt.

Its definitely true and cent percent correct. We often feel sad when someone talks bad about us, we often keep quiet when we see hundred fingers pointing towards us, it makes us feel inferior, When some one passes a stupid comment on us, we keep thinking about it until we lose the smile on our face.

Why is it so? Why should some one else thoughts, remarks rather envious attitude bother you. The world is small, though it looks to be big. May be your thoughts and pattern of living does no fit into the small and narrow minded people, but does that stop you from going ahead with your thoughts and stop being what you are?
Small people are those who have minds but use it for small reasons and never think of being big. Such people never themselves have done anything in their life and can never do anything. But they cant see other's trying to reach the sky, so they will make all attempts to pull you down by disturbing your focused mind and giving you unnecessary pain.
However, one should not forget that these worthless burden in the name of man, has no control over you. If you don't let these other people's thoughts bother you, you will not be disturbed. If you don't bother over their comments, you automatically will restore your calm mind.
So no one can make you fell sad or inferior without your permission. When you let these cheap people get into your mind, then the equation becomes unstable. So no one can insult you unless you let them do so, and you become insulted.
Do what you feel in your heart to be right, do what your conscience tell's you. People will talk even if you do it this way or that way. Because this is what small minds do, total gossip. And if you start thinking what people would think, then you will never live uniquely and will be damned.
So go by your heart.
I have spent most time in opposition, but I like what i do, and the role i play. So is happy for that. Rather then sitting idle like others, and discussing about others lives.
"Don't get pushed by the force of people running in one direction, that they are unaware of. Take the courage and go confidently resisting this negative force to the goal where you want to be"
